Cancellations must be made in writing to Norfolk Creative Arts at the address below. Written cancellations received between 42 and 28 days prior to the course date, the deposit will be forfeit but the balance will be refunded provided this has been received by NCA.
It is regretted that no refund can be made in respect of bookings cancelled 28 days or less, prior to the commencement of a course. Please see our terms and conditions.
We do hold waiting lists for courses so please contact us at art@norfolkcreativearts.co.uk or call on 01485 240 420 and we will put you on the list. if a place becomes available then we work through the list until the place is taken. Unfortunately its first come first serve basis.
There is ample parking for patrons in our car park on site. Please enter the school through the gates, then you will find the car park at the back of the school. Vehicles are left at the owners risk.
The studio is centrally heated and has huge windows with lots of natural light. Every student has their own desk which is equipped with an easel for all drawing and painting courses. Thereʼs a sink in the corner and just off this room is the disabled assisted toilet. We have a cafe and dining room for the students to take their break in or you are welcome to relax in the school garden. Please ask us for our Wifi code is you would like to connect to the internet.
All students have free access to coffee, tea and biscuits. Home cooked meals are provided on lunch inclusive courses. Please see course description.
If you are attending a lunch inclusive course, please could you advise us of any dietary requirements you may have at art@norfolkcreativearts.co.uk or call on 01485 240 420 and we will try to cater for them as much as possible.
You do not need to have a Paypal account. You can pay with a credit or debit card through the Paypal site.

There is no additional charge for carers/support workers to attend a course; however we will need to be advised of your attendance on the course. Please note that your attendance is not charged based on the understanding that you will not be involved in any of the activities of the course. Please bring lunch for yourself. Tea and coffee is available at the school.
We do not make charges for carers/support workers to attend however, if your carer wishes to take an active role in the courses he/she will need to pay to do this.
We ask that any student who has additional support needs must contact the school before enrolling. Please see point 2.5 of our Terms and Conditions.
Norfolk Creative Arts has ensured where it is reasonably practicable to provide access for wheelchair users; You can enter the building on flat ground from the garden entrance. We have a disabled assisted toilet. Please ensure you contact us to ensure that suitable provision is in place before you book your course.
We would recommend that you take out holiday insurance however, we cannot legally advise you as to with whom. Please see our terms and conditions which refers to Liability and our cancellation and refunds policy.
As everyones needs are different and budget requirements can vary, we can provide details of local accommodation so that you can book it yourself.
If you are arriving by train to our nearest station which is Kings Lynn, then there is a taxi bay at the station. We have also provided a list of local taxi companies, please see how to get to us in the About Us section of the website.
Your work on the course is yours to keep. If you are unable to take your work away with you but want to keep it, then we can always arrange a courier for you, at your expense.
