Originally from Sussex, Elizabeth spent 16 years living and working near Ely in Cambridgeshire where she painted watercolours first as a hobby and then as a part-time self-taught artist.
After moving to Norfolk in 2000 Elizabeth completed a degree in Fine Art with Anglia Ruskin University and has since worked full-time as an artist both teaching and painting in both acrylics and watercolour.
In recent years she has become increasingly influenced by the world that she sees from her journeys on waterways both in England and abroad.
“My paintings are a visual expression of my experience both out in my kayak and sailing with friends. It is one of my great pleasures to pass on some of this knowledge to others both beginners and those wishing to build on their painting experience.”
