Children’s Art Courses In Norfolk

  •   The art club is for any child between the ages of 5 and 15 years old of age who has an interest in art. In each session children will use a different media to complete a piece to bring home. You will need to book a place per child in advance of each art club day. When booking please add your child/s name in the booking notes. On the day, Please dress your child in suitable clothing to get messy in and also bring along an apron. Please provide your child with a drink of your choice. When you drop off your child, We require you to fill out the register in the classroom and provide us with a contact phone number in case of an emergency. During the art club, our cafe will be open serving teas and coffees to purchase. A great opportunity to maybe meet other parents and relax in the adjacent room to the classroom. Sally the tutor is very experienced as a children's art tutor. She has run her own extra curricular art clubs in schools around Norfolk and is a personal tutor for pupils studying GCSE and B Tec Art and design courses. She has run workshops for different organisations including: the Kingswood Educational Centre, team teaching a series of workshops to primary teachers at the UEA in Norwich and collagraph workshops to pupils staying on a residential run by The National Trust. She has had prizewinners in The Royal Norfolk Show School’s Art competition for the past 5 years. Sally runs children’s art clubs using a wide range of media. She enjoys printmaking and likes to use recycled material so that children can continue creating at home with inexpensive materials. Her ethos is one of wanting every child to have fun and not be worried about taking a creative risk. She believes Art often allows even the less confident child to shine. £10.00 (inclusive of VAT)
