Four Day Non Residential Sewing Classes August 2026

Norfolk Creative Arts, Church Hill School, Gayton Road, Grimston, PE32 1BG. Please view the how to find us section for more details. A free car park is located at the back of the school grounds, in the former playground.

Date 

Four day block from Monday 10th – Thursday 13th August 2026

Time: 

10am till 4pm each day.
You are very welcome to arrive up to 20 minutes prior to the commencement of your course. This will allow you time to familiarise yourself with the school, meet the tutor and fellow participants.

Level: 

All levels of experience. Beginners welcome. Please let us know at the time of booking what stage you are at so that we can design the class accordingly. If you have any specific access or support requirements please give us a call at the time of booking to discuss your needs.

Age: 

We would advise that this course is suitable for those of 16 years of age and upwards. We put these guidelines in place for the safety, comfort and enjoyment of all our students.

Maximum class size:

10 Students

What to bring: 

You are required to bring your own portable sewing machine and fabric of your choice for the individual projects. You are welcome to bring your own pattern and Pippa will guide you through every stage. We advise you to also bring your own basic sewing tools ( pins, scissors, tape measure, dress making chalk etc)

Catering: 

Complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits are available during the break.

Accommodation:

If for any reason a course is cancelled, whether by yourself or by us, we will not be held responsible for any advance costs you may have incurred e.g. travel or accommodation and we recommend that you take out appropriate insurance.

Additional Info 

Once you have booked on a course/workshop, an email confirmation will be sent with an order number. You will not receive anything in the post. If you find you have not received the confirmation, and you have checked your junk/spam folder, please contact us and we will be happy to resend it to you. If there are not enough students to run the course/workshop, the course/workshop will be cancelled, and all monies returned.
