Date:

25th September 2026 (Friday)

Time: 

10am till 4pm.
You are very welcome to arrive up to 20 minutes prior to the commencement of your course. This will allow you time to familiarise yourself with the school, meet the tutor and fellow participants.

Level: 

it is best to have completed our beginners Upholstery taster weekend or have had previous basic Upholstery experience but contact us to discuss further.

If you have any specific access or support requirements please give us a call at the time of booking to discuss your needs.

Age: 

We would advise that this course is suitable for those of 16 years of age and upwards. We put these guidelines in place for the safety, comfort and enjoyment of all our students.

Maximum class size:

10 Students

What to bring: 

You will need to supply your own piece of furniture and top fabric . You must transport your own piece of furniture and it must be taken away at the end of the day so please be realistic as to what can be achieved in a day. Please do not hesitate to ask should you have any queries.

Included in the price of the day will be the use of sundries such as tacks, threads, twine, lashing cord and tools. You will be required to purchase any other materials used. There will be a price list for use of stuffing materials, calico, webbing etc as the quantities used by each person will be different.

For health and safety reasons please do not wear open toe shoes and if you have one, wear an apron or clothing that you would not mind getting strands of animal hair etc attached.

Catering: 

Please bring your own packed lunch. Complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits are available during the break.

If for any reason a course is cancelled, whether by yourself or by us, we will not be held responsible for any advance costs you may have incurred e.g. travel or accommodation and we recommend that you take out appropriate insurance.

Additional Info 

Once you have booked on a course/workshop, an email confirmation will be sent with an order number. You will not receive anything in the post. If you find you have not received the confirmation, and you have checked your junk/spam folder, please contact us and we will be happy to resend it to you. If there are not enough students to run the course/workshop, the course/workshop will be cancelled, and all monies returned.
